We only collect the information we need to run our website and keep you informed about NeuGlow. This includes:

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. We do not collect payment information on this website at present.

We keep waitlist and marketing details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your query and a reasonable period afterwards.

9. Marketing
If you join our waitlist or subscribe, we will send you updates about NeuGlow and NeuroBeauty. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or by emailing us. We will stop sending marketing as soon as you ask.
